Cookin with The Columns: Potluck perfect
This time of the year, all I want to eat is something cool. Salads usually seem to fit the bill for us. This one is an “oldie but a goodie” because I have had the recipe for about thirty years–I got it from a friend at church soooo long ago. I’m sure I have given it to you before because it is a favorite at our house. It doesn’t last long in our refrigerator and is also a good one for potluck dinners because you can make it ahead of time and keep it in the fridge until time to go. Stay cool!
