This is the story of two sisters.  
I was talking with a friend recently who said that sisters, growing up, often have a difficult time getting along.  In her opinion sisters were worse than brothers or mixed siblings.  As an only child, I have no authoritative word on the subject. My friend, however, has a sister as her only sibling, and is also in a position to observe her two granddaughters as they interact.
