Deadline looming for SBA disaster loans
The U.S. Small Business Administration reminds eligible Private Non-Profit Organizations of the Sept. 12 deadline to submit disaster loan applications for damages caused by the flooding that occurred from May 3 through June 17, 2011.
PNPs located in Adams, Bolivar, Claiborne, Coahoma, Humphreys, Issaquena, Jefferson, Sharkey, Tunica, Warren, Washington, Wilkinson, and Yazoo counties in Mississippi are eligible for both Physical and Economic Injury Disaster Loans from the SBA. Examples of eligible non-critical PNP organizations include, but are not limited to, food kitchens, homeless shelters, museums, libraries, community centers, schools and colleges.
