We were talking the other day about which kinds of foods we like best and I decided that there are not many categories that I don’t like.  Maybe sushi...I’m not really a fan.  
But desserts are definitely my favorite food category!  I love to make them and I love to eat them.  
This is a recipe that I had forgotten about.  I haven’t made it in a long time but it’s a good summertime recipe because it’s light and cool from the refrigerator.
