Lions, Tigers tussle tonight
The Rosa Fort Lions got in a hole early at Southaven High last week and couldn't claw their way back into the game, evening their record at 1-1 with the 38-6 loss to the Chargers.
Southaven led 17-0 at the half, after a pair of touchdown runs in the first quarter and a 34-yard field goal in the second.
The Lions struck early in the third quarter on an eight-yard TD run by Jeremy Jones to bring the score to 17-6, after the EP kick failed.
