Norwood savors life in Cafe’ Marie kitchen
New Cafe’ Marie chef Walt Norwood may eat “mostly junk” at home, but on the job, he’s a stickler for detail.
In the two months since he took over the Marie’s kitchen, Norwood has put in place new lunch and dinner menus that he calls eclectic–and they are going to get more so as time goes by.
“We’ll have seasonal menus that change every quarter,” Norwood said, although a few standards such as his signature She Crab Soup, Rector’s Pasta, filets and Frangelico creme brulee will be available year round.
