This recipe comes from Rae Cox, my back door neighbor who loves to cook and is always trying out new recipes and sending them to me.  We love being her guinea pigs! 
She ate it at a restaurant called Patti’s which is in Grand River Kentucky, “between the lakes”.  She says they were intrigued by the name of the pie and then after they ate it, they found the recipe on a hot pad in the gift shop, so she bought the hot pad in order to have the recipe!
