In a few short months, the 11 girls have gone from the district’s “struggling team” to the belles of the ball. The girls in blue will play for a shot at first place in the district on Monday, Sept. 19 at 4 p.m. They hope the stands will be filled with hometown fans cheering them to victory over rivals Lee-Marianna.
