Town takes up closure, concerns
An alley closure and a potential public nuisance transformed the Board of Aldermen meeting into King Solomon’s court on Nov. 15.
Several weeks ago, officials considered a petition to close the alley between Georganne and Jerry Perry’s home and Eric and Jade Poff’s residence. Adjacent landowners had submitted a petition in favor of the closure.
The board held a public hearing to discuss the matter on Nov. 15 and Eric Poff was on hand.
