Cookin with The Columns: Lightening up
Last week I gave you a recipe for lowfat oven fried Mexican chicken. I had a couple of readers who replied that they tried it and it was delicious. I’m so glad to know that some of you out there are actually using my recipes! Today is another low-fat recipe and, like the one last week, doesn’t “taste” low-fat. I think that’s why some of us don’t use the lighter recipes--we think we will be giving up taste in order to give up fat and calories.
