Cookin with The Columns: A healthy spin on classic Italian
In case you haven’t heard, there is a new Weight Watchers Class here in town. They are meeting at the Rec Center on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.
Some of my friends who are going to the class want me to put some “skinny” recipes in the paper for them. This one sounds great--it’s from Skinnytaste.com and sounds very close to the “real thing.” Hope some of you who are trying to lose weight will try it (shouldn’t we all be trying to watch our weight?!)
