Cookin with The Columns: Jazz up chicken breasts
Here’s another recipe for my Weight Watchers friends. It’s very similar to a recipe Heather uses all the time. Hers has honey in the marinade as well. But leaving out the honey and removing the chicken from the dressing before cooking makes it a lot “lighter” dish. Meg figured the Weight Watchers points--4 points. And I don’t think any of you will miss the calories--it would be delicious for anybody, not just those who are watching their weight.
