Eloise McClinton, executive director of the Institute of Community Services, Inc. was one of 20 African American women, recognized at the annual DeSoto County African American History Symposium celebration on February 25 at Whispering Woods in Olive  Branch, Mississippi. McClinton was named Executive Director for the agency, the first woman in the history of the agency to hold this position in 2008.
