DR. BOBBY H. PAPASAN
WHEREAS, Dr. Bobby H. Papasan has dedicated his life to education; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Papasan has served the citizens of Tunica County and their children by serving in many different capacities at the Tunica County School District, including serving as Superintendent of Education from 1970 through 1983; and
