Supervisors: resort area residents to gain amenity
The site preparation work for a multi purpose center in the Robinsonville area was approved by the Board of Supervisors on March 15, according to county administrator Clifton Johnson.
Tunica County will solicit bids, and Johnson anticipates work will begin in May. Architectural estimates project costs at $200,000. Johnson said costs will likely be covered by a refunding of bonds made by the county earlier in the year. That produced approximately $400,000 in savings.
