Northwest Mississippi Community College President, Dr. Gary Lee Spears, welcomed the Northwest Board of Trustees’ newest member, Dr. Rachell Anderson of Tunica at the board’s March meeting.
Anderson, a licensed clinical psychologist, ran a private clinical practice in Springfield, Ill. from 1974 until she retired in 2008. She is credentialed by the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology and for 20 years taught clinical courses to graduate students and served as chair of the Department of Human Services at The University of Illinois at Springfield.
