Cookin with the Columns: A simple side
Last week we had the annual Secretaries Day luncheon that we have every year at The Columns. A few of the ladies who were coming are in the Weight Watchers group, so I told them I would make the meal “diet friendly” and then I decided that everyone would get the Weight Watchers menu. Everyone was surprised that they were eating healthier and with less calories too. Meg had told me about this recipe that she got from Cooking Light that is very similar to the carrot souffle that I have made so many times for various events at The Columns.
