Drought plus Fireworks can be dangerous
From the Mississippi Forestry Commission: Due to the current drought conditions and the predicted weather pattern for the next week, the fire danger rating for the state will be extremely high. These conditions, combined with the high winds will create increased risk for devastating wildland fires. A burn ban has been issued for several counties. While Tunica is currently not under one, officials ask citizens to use caution when using fireworks. In these drought conditions, dry grass will ignite readily.
