Special Terms and Conditions

Coverage under this general permit shall be valid for five (5) years from the issuance date of coverage specified on the Certificate of Coverage or the expiration date of the general permit itself, whichever is earlier.  The Permit Board may, at its discretion and based upon conditions in the Mississippi River Valley Alluvial Aquifer six (6) months prior to the end of this five (5) year period, decide to modify this general permit to extend the duration of coverage for a period to be specified by the Permit Board at that time.
