Turnovers kill Lions’ postseason hopes
In their last home game of the 2012 season, the Rosa Fort Lions fell 35-14 to New Albany, after turnovers stalled the Lion offense at critical moments.
“We lost the field position battle,” Coach Edwin Norwood said this week.
New Albany got on the score board in the first quarter, then tacked on a second TD before the half. Junior Cedric Carter kept Rosa Fort in the game on a 55-yard scamper into the end zone in the second quarter.
