When I was teaching school (many moons ago), I used my crock pot a lot because I could put something in before I left home in the morning and come back to delicious smells in the house and dinner almost ready.  When I quit teaching and was home with our kids all the time, I was there to start dinner and get everything ready so I got out of the habit of using my crock pot.  But recently I have begun to use it again and I stay on the lookout for good recipes.  I found this one on Pinterest (big surprise!) and it was so delicious.
