This past weekend we went to Baton Rouge to get together with my sisters and their husbands and children and grandchildren to celebrate Christmas together.  Such good eating!  We had my sister Bonnie’s seafood gumbo on Friday night, along with a lot of other delicious things.  Then Saturday night we had our “Christmas dinner” together.  One of the things my other sister, Ellen, brought was this delicious chicken salad spread.  It’s more of an appetizer but would be good for lunch too.  Thought you might like something new for your Christmas or New Year’s party.
