Cookin with The Columns: A recipe for your resolutions
Happy New Year to all! Hope you had a wonderful and happy Christmas and are looking forward to a new year. This time of the year is usually when a lot of people make resolutions and promises to themselves for a new start in some area of their life. One of those promises is usually to lose weight and start exercising more. I can’t help you out with the exercise part but I am going to give you a new recipe that is from a Weight Watchers cookbook and sounds really yummy but is also “diet” conscious. Soup is always a good idea when it’s cold and dreary outside. Hope you enjoy this one.
By the way, I think most of you know that I (“GiGi’s Cookin”) have casseroles, soups, desserts and bread for sale in the freezer here at The Tunica Times. I also have several new soups here with Weight Watchers points listed too, if you are interested.
