Star Leaders  of the Year were: Cindy Williams, Casino Operations Shift Supervisor and Rex Lafayette, Fairbanks Manager
Each Quarter, Hollywood Casino recognizes three Cast Members for Star Performer of the Quarter (one for each month) and one Cast Member as Star Leader. At the end of the year, two of these 12 Quarterly Star Performers are named Star Performer of the Year and one of these 4 Star Leaders is named Star Leader of the Year. This year there were ties for Star Performers and Star Leaders so there were five winners! As Star Performers of the Year 2012 and Star Leaders of the Year 2012, each received $1,500, dinner for two at Fairbanks Steakhouse, a crystal trophy and a designated Hollywood parking space for one year.
