Accident claims life of local firefighter
A motorcycle accident has left the North Tunica Fire Department mourning the loss of one of their own.
William Casey Brown, who worked part time for the department, was killed on July 24 in Conway, Ark. He was 34.
Brown served in the United States Marine Corps for 10 years, earning the rank of sergeant. He served all over the world including Korea, Okinawa and Israel. He also served two tours in Iraq, where he received a name for valor for his actions under fire.
