Both local high school football teams are hard at work preparing for their respective seasons, despite heat advisories for this week.
Tunica Academy is holding early morning practices, while the Rosa Fort Lions had indoor practices last week at the Tunica Arena.
The Tunica Academy  Blue Devils hosted a four-team scrimmage last Friday, with Marvell Academy, Lee Academy of Clarksdale and Marshall Academy hitting the field along with the home team.
