Cookin with The Columns: Speedy Salad
Summertime officially begins this week. This is one of my favorite summertime salads and keeps well for several days, so even if it makes more than you need, it is great for lunch the next day or two.
It’s also pretty easy to divide the ingredients if you only want to use one can of corn so you don’t have to make so much. Happy summer!
