County changes housing admin., updates personnel policy
A nonprofit corporation established in April this year has gained the contract to administer Tunica County’s housing program.
Tunica County Housing, Inc., led by Mardis Jones of Tunica, will receive $12,000 per month to administer housing rehabilitation and the county’s first-time homebuyers program.
Jones and Cedric Jackson have been employed by the North Delta Regional Housing Authority, which formerly had the administration contract.
