Priddy receives national honors
Lucy Priddy, a researcher in the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory (GSL) in Vicksburg, Miss., recently received the Edmund Friedman Young Engineer Award for Professional Achievement, an American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) national honor.
The Edmund Friedman Young Engineer award recognizes professional contributions of ASCE members who are 35 years of age or younger. Selection is based on service to the engineering profession, leadership in developing young members of ASCE, contributions to public service, and training and certification.
