Cookin' with The Columns: Hamburger, hamburger
We were talking about beef stroganoff at work the other day. Usually it is made with beef tips and is a somewhat expensive dish to make, although worth it because it is so delicious. I found this recipe in the Easy Livin’ cookbook that would be much less expensive to make (because it uses ground beef) but sounds much like the real thing. It’s a recipe from Pat Boyd so you know it’s got to be good. Think I will try it for dinner this week.
