The Blue Devil roster was literally all over the scoreboard in last Friday’s 55-12 Homecoming win over the Strider Rams.
“Playing good AA teams North Delta and Marshall has made us a lot better,” Head Coach Jimmy Hicks said. “We’re improving, and I’m pleased overall.”
Tunica Academy accumulated 546 total yards on offense on the night, over 400 on the ground in another spectacular showing for Blue Devil rushers.
Freeman Gray led with 15 carries for 181 yards and one touchdown, with sophomore Austin Hagstrom close behind with 10 carries for 149 yards and two TDs. Blake Perry added 58 yards on five runs.
