WHEREAS, Betty Gayle Fields, throughout her public service to Tunica County, has displayed the highest degrees of professionalism and integrity; and
WHEREAS, Betty Gayle Fields has served as an example to the public officials of Tunica County, Mississippi and other counties; and
WHEREAS, Betty Gayle Fields has treated all persons with dignity and respect; and
