According to tradition, it’s supposed to be a given that all Southerners love grits.  Well, I’m one of those that doesn’t especially like them.  
My grandmother and my mother never cooked grits and I just never developed a taste, I guess.  But I have learned to eat them since I moved to Tunica, especially if there is enough cheese in the mixture!
