Cookin with The Columns: Pass the bread
One of my real weaknesses is bread. As most of you probably know, I make sour dough bread almost every week and sell it at various offices and places around town.
I also have it for sale in my freezer all the time. I got the starter when Heather was in kindergarten and have made bread from it since then, which would be almost 25 years ago. I had to start selling it because in order to keep up the starter you have to make it every week and we were eating way too much bread!
