Many times, we have guests that have asked for a copy of the recipe for something I cooked for breakfast, or at a lunch.  But this week I had a guest that gave me a recipe instead.  She had gotten it from her aunt while she was in town for a funeral.  It sounds really interesting (you’ll see why when you read one of the ingredients) and she says it is very good.  Don’t know about the name--any ideas why it’s Thunder Cake?  I’m definitely going to have to try this one out myself!
