Vaughn among CCC Tigers tapped for post season honors
CLARKSDALE- Fourteen Coahoma Community College football Tigers have been tapped for top post-season honors by the Mississippi Community and Junior College Athletic Association, and six will play in the annual All-Star Game Dec. 4, according to Freeman Horton, CCC Athletic Director and Head Football Coach.
Courtney Vaughn of Tunica was selected Most Valuable Player (MVP) running back and named to the All State First Team along with three of his teammates: Charles Harris, strong safety, of Charleston; Antrale Newson, offensive lineman, of Clarksdale; and Hollis Moore II, wide receiver, of Memphis.
