TO THE BANKS AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS OF TUNICA COUNTY AND ADJOINING COUNTIES

You are hereby notified that pursuant to an order of the Board of Commissioners of the North Tunica County Fire Protection District, adopted at the regular December meeting held December 1, 2010, sealed written bids will be received by said Board at its regular January, 2011, meeting to be held in the conference room of the Tunica County Emergency Services Building located at 5912 Casino Strip Resorts Boulevard, Tunica County, Mississippi on Wednesday, January 5, 2011, beginning at 9:00 a.m. for the privilege of keeping the funds of said Commission or any part thereof under the provisions of Sections 27-105-353, et seq. of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, and other applicable and pertinent laws for a period of two (2) years.  Bids shall designate the kind of legally authorized securities which you propose to give as security for said funds.
