Head Coach Hill Denson and the Belhaven baseball program would like to announce the signing of pitcher Mark Husband for the 2011 season.
Husband, a native of Tunica, is currently 2-1 with a 0.818 ERA so far this season at Northwest MS Community College. The 6’5, 215 lb sophomore has struck out 14 batters and allowed just one walk in 11 innings pitched this year. In 2009, Husband compiled an ERA of 3.92 with 10 strikeouts in 18 innings of work.
