Entergy Mississippi, Inc. is sending a message to its customers that could put money in their pockets and millions of dollars into the state’s economy.
The company is sponsoring Voluntary Income Tax Assistance centers throughout its 45-county service area to provide free tax preparation help and to promote the Earned Income Tax Credit to potentially eligible residential customers. Customers who earn $49,000 a year or less may qualify for free tax preparation assistance and tax credits from the Internal Revenue Service.
