Vaughan wins district spelling bee
Tunica County Schools held the county spelling bee on January 27, 2011.
All students in the county, grades 3-8, were eligible to compete locally for an entry in the Mid-South Regional Spelling Bee. School spelling bees were held at all elementary and middle schools as students competed to participate in the district bee. Twenty students advanced to the district bee for the final competition.
